What is MyGWork?

It is #FAB to know that we can count with Companies that support the LGBT Community with such great open-mind and making easy to face any new project and present yourselves to a potential new Employer,without feel uncomfortable.

Wonder how many people felt uncorfartable that some of employers , did quite not respect or support your decisions or authority among other members of the staff, making them feel uncomfortable or underminded while perform his tasks? Some of that even reach the point of not really had been fully recognised and ultimately quit.

As tomorrow we will be joining Jean Francois Dor, chairman of the Gay Professional Network in Assossiation with the MyGwork Community, who Together they celebrate the businesses and organisations that are passionate about LGBT diversity and inclusion at work. myGwork allowing its members to progress their careers with an employer that understands the importance and value of an inclusive and supportive workplace environment.
